It is almost a year ago that Anneliese Emmans Dean, author of two award-winning books Buzzing! and Flying High!, passed away on 30th May, 2022 after a long illness. Her passion was to bring poetry closer to children using the natural world. She especially loved to read her poems to them, bringing to life the character of each animal in her unique and enthusiastic manner. A wonderful, warm-hearted, fun-loving and highly talented lady, who will be very much missed. We will remember her with much fondness.
